Battle Ground Endodontics SMS/Text Messaging Policy

Program Description

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. By opting into our texting service, you consent to receive text messages from Battle Ground Endodontics regarding your dental care. These messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, links to digital registration and consent forms, pre- and post-operative instructions, billing notifications, and requests for feedback. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to subscribe to this service.

Opting Out (Cancellation)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you one (1) final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help & Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting our office at (360) 702-3636 or info@360endo.com.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and treatment needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Your privacy is our priority. We will only use your mobile number to communicate with you regarding your care at Battle Ground Endodontics. Mobile information will not be shared, sold, or conveyed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Standard HIPAA guidelines apply to all communications; however, please be aware that standard SMS text messaging is not a fully encrypted method of communication. We will limit the personal health information (PHI) included in text messages to the minimum necessary for the purpose of the communication.
